Aliens:An introduced species is an organism that is not indigenous to a given place.
A lifeform that live on another planet is -not- an aliens, it's an extraterrestial life form. It becomes an aliens the moment they leave their native region and go somewhere else (in our case, when they come to Earth). I will reiterate my point that people who belives in aliens (creature that visit Earth/stranger), are retarded.

There is most definitively life outside Earth and some of them are probably sentient being that managed to evolve like us. The probability is on that side. However, our universe laws don't allow science fiction, and those "alien technologies" are not possible. Even if you bypass physics laws, the whole situation wouldn't make sense. Why would they show themselves like this?
