PS emulators

Does anyone know where I can download a playstation emulator and also games (that work) such as FFIX or Legend of Dragoon? I want to play them again but can't find out how to do it on my laptop

EPSXE 1.60 is the best emulator iirc. If you google it you should come up with a link relatively quick.
As for games, you can probably use isohunt.com or another torrent site. Personally I've been using http://www.bubbling-iso.com .. direct download games, just is a pain in the ass to have to download 8 or so different files then extract. But usually quicker then torrents and they've got alot of games.

I just google the Game name then ISO and I usually can direct download most games without torrents. but ya EpsxE is by far one of the most simple, and solid emulators for PS out there.

I use this one it requires no plugins and works really well. All you need is the PS BIOS file and no I will not link that lol
