All I've said is that SMN could use some minor tweaks, and that view was reinforced by intelligent posters like Niro and Sendoh who could actually articulate their position. I personally wasn't aware of the extent of SMN BP targetting/distance, for example. I still don't agree with everything they said entirely and I doubt they agree entirely with me, but in Niro's case it's agree to disagree and Sendoh seems to acknowledge how some of the potential fixes would be broken in another sense. Kuno also seemed to be kind of on the same page as Sendoh, from what I remember. I still maintain that only minor tweaks would be appropriate and that the job can function strongly in certain areas and decently enough in others as it is.

I still stand by SMN is decent (read not mediocre or terrible) in XP/assault/other shit and good for HNMs as it is. You just need to not suck ass (as does your party) and know how to manage MP. The changes I've seen mentioned that people want make it either too good or won't change the partially playing /WHM for XP part at all. Unless party job slots suddenly change the only slot a SMN can fill is the healer spot, it doesn't have the stuff you need for a support slot and it doesn't work at DD.

Yet to prove a damn thing? I've articulated my position numerous times and responded appropriately to others who have done the same. Go dig up my responses to Sendoh (layoneil) and Kuno, dipshit. And read my previous post where I give a quick run-down of my position again, and read some older ones where I explain SMNs strengths in an HNM sense, how they solo better than many jobs, and how they can get by as a healer when needed for fodder-burn. I maintain that the job isn't completely kaput in any sense and only some minor tweaking would be appropriate. There are much more pertinent things SE could be, and currently are, focusing on (minus the choco racing bullshit).

He's provided it plenty of times, you disagreeing does not mean he did not provide a real reason. This is how adults debate, they take the person's contention as their point then point out why they disagree. Saying "it's invalid" or "I never said that (when you did)" or "That's what I said (when you didn't)" or "it's irrelevant" are not contentions without reasons, which you have continuously failed to provide. Sticking fingers in your ears because you don't like what's being said does not mean it wasn't said.
