Assault Bug(?) - Building Bridges

[Scorp]

Just attempted building bridges (Periqa corporal) with 3 people,

Turned all lamps on and didn't get the rune to pop. Went on the rounds again to check them and some had gone off so we put them back on. still no rune. Spread out and confirmed all were on within a minute of each other.

bugged or something we missed :/
