Ok...no idea what the scene mean now. He goes in a corner and sit down and say something like "I'm gonna start once more Baren". He doesnt look like someone who is about to live, but his line make his sound like he intend to start over. Maybe he was just looking for a monster to mijin and HP.

I think maybe he sends Interceptor off to be with Relm, and then hides to wait for everyone to leave so he can slip out. Interceptor would have been his only connection to his former life, so that's the only thing I could think of, really. Unless he believes in reincarnation.

In the terms of "I need more story not holes" I'd say KH2 since I cant stop playing the final battle once every 2 weeks when I'm bored. FFX's end sadden me when it was still popular and I beat it.

Back in the days I didn't have intratubes to check out the script for FFIII (jap version), so I played again in english <_< Btw, IIRC, in the jap version one female boss had her breasts exposed, whereas in the english she had a blue ribbon covering them. Back in the days boobs in video games was unheard of.

When I first played FF9 I was like 13, I thought it was Dagger speaking... only got it when I replayed it recently.

Well if you can move 'emotional' to mean more than just being touching or sadness then System Shock 2 and F.E.A.R. have both scared the hell out of me on numerous occasions. I actually had difficulty playing System Shock 2 at night alone for a bit; just way too freaky.

The last few chapters of Grim Fandango were very touching. In particular I remember a scene with Manny at the Temple to the 9th heaven where he meets some people waiting to be taken to the final paradise. The ending with Manny and Meche was great too. In fact, I may just go dig out my Grim Fandango discs and play it again.

I loved FF12's ending, what happened with Balthier had me just sitting with my mouth open waiting and hoping there's more to his story.

FFXI (how this hasn't been mentioned much on a FFXI forum is >.>) namely the CoP storyline and Apoc Nigh. All I can remember from the Apoc Nigh update is nothing else good came from it but that fight, and I was completely happy until the next update because the fight was so awesome.

I'm pretty bad with remembering things off the bat, most people here didn't mention games I had played so I'm sure there's more just can't remember them.

I thought KH1's ending was a lot better. That actually had me choking a bit, the song along with the montage and VA was great.

Yes I'm a girlie drip, yes I liked FFX and yes it brought a lump to my throat at the end (until my geriatric PS2 crashed halfway through the final cutscene).

X-2 on the other hand... I still can't move on past the horror of the hotpants to actually get past chapter 1 on it.

Persona 2 IS.. seeing Maya Amano get stabbed by the Lance of Longinus at the end of the game, and everyone getting fucked over was the single most sad moment I have ever seen. It hit me like a ton of bricks since I had played EP first and didn't really see how those events came to be.

Suikoden II's true ending where Jowy and Nanami live was a tears of joy moment.

FF8, too maybe. My first RPG and FF (obviously.) and I loved the ending song and the animations. The first time I beat it, let's just say I didn't actually wait until it said "The End."

I loved the LUNAR endings. :3 But they weren't really 'powerful.'
