Share? BLM, maybe WHM or sell. BLM can get more use out of them usually, BLMs can give to WHMs for Kited things like uh... KB? Maybe Kirin if you still kite it. BLM can do alot of nifty things with them in Sea, etc. Just make sure it's a bigtime LS player. That or just sell for big LS gil. Our first Gaiters recently got us 30M and cut a nice chunk out of Aegis for us.

Whoever has put in the most work, been in the LS longest, and is on jobs that can use it often.

Me personally, mnk and whm are my only two jobs (since no one loves sam) so I use them every day. It's a luxury item. No job is going to benefit in a giant way. Blms can kite easier, whms can keep up with kiting people easier, smns can stay in BP range, mnks can get around quicker. Any way you look at it it's not game breaking, so give it to someone who deserves such a rare item and don't worry about which job they have.

Whoever deserves it, there is no job priority for an item like this imo

Reward those who can wear them (any job, any number of the jobs listed) with this item for their contributions to your LS. Sure, after reading Kanican's/Kaeko's LJ, i can see how blm gets the most use of them (if the wearer completely changes how they play blm), but i dont think this particular item should have any job-based priority (from whm/blm/smn/mnk listed).
