You're doing it wrong. It's not about reps, it's about BF%. Your abs are like any other muscle in your body, so work them the same. Generally 3x8 weighted is good. The main point is that you need to have a really low BF% to see your abs and that doing countless reps is not the way to build your six pack. Read that other thread.
