Eh, I care more about job adjustments and the Pit. This is nice, though, and people really should stop bitching about anything they see chocobo related, it doesn't make you (that) cool. >_>

Being a fan boy and acting like you love every update note doesn't make you (that) cool either. That said update notes are designed to pertain to the entirety of the player population, not just the 1% who read BG forums. This update note doesn't interest me at all. I'm not angry about it though.

I never said I love every update note, I just think some people overreact about anything chocobo-related. (I will admit that I'm probably never going to use the circuit.) EDIT: I will even admit that my heart was broken because I was expecting to see a job adjustment announcement, but that was really our fault for expecting job adjustments to be next.

I think the reason why everyone is bitching is, yah, people did want to raise chocobos at one point, but it ended up being not worth the time. People rarely raise chocobos nowadays, so adding additional chocobo activities really doesn't appeal to people (including myself).

Chocobo Racing would only interest people if you could purchase worthwhile items (think DQ's Casino system) with your winnings. Nice try SE though. It does add some depth to the game for those who like this kinda stuff.

No one is bitching about the actual update-- they are bitching that the update info took place of valuable info of Job Adjustments... You just don't fucking talk about Job Adjustments in a previous update, then throw a damn Chocobo Update Note at us right after. It's like disrespect or something.

This is looking to be an amazing update and people are so looking forward to it that people will say that SE fails because the freaking update notes aren't about what they want them to be.
