That's the unfortunate truth. They originally claimed they wanted to provide a cheaper means for people to obtain these items, but the truth is probably that they saw people making a profit where S-E easily could.

Heh, one can obtain these kinds of goods in Downtown for 1/10 of the price. Though I am rather curious as to how high the quality of the merchandise is compared to their cheaper Downtown counterparts.

I looked at those Sculpture Arts on the website there and all they had was Cloud and Sephiroth from Advent Children. When I went to their booth at Comicon SE had a few more of those giant statues. Guess they're not selling them yet.

But yeah, I wouldn't buy all those 100 dollar rings and necklaces and stuff. I just like collecting models and things so I wanna get that Final Fantasy III trading arts set since it was all sold out at comicon. But yeah whoever said it earlier was right, why can't I get more of those plush DQ slime keychains?

If its real jewelry and not manufactured by a 4 year old in Taiwan, the prices look kinda realistic.

That being said, I wouldn't pay that much but I'd probably wear half that stuff if I had it. The necklaces are particularly cool.

I have the Dirge of Cerberus' Vincent pendant (it was a gift from an ex), but mine was made in China. Looks just like the original though D:
