Do these proc on WS?

My experience with love halberd says no, but according to wiki, it says

This ability cannot activate during weapon skills under normal circumstances, with the exception of Jailer/Virtue Stone weapons which can proc in a weapon skill.

My PLD friend has been doing Joyeuse/Justice because he doesn't notice the difference in DA rate on WS...and if we were to base it on wiki, then wouldn't Fortitude Axe be retardedly powerful for steel cycloning if it has 50% DA rate?

Can anyone verify this?

I find it hilarious that people even though this in the first place. If Virtue weapons gave you the same chance to proc on a WS as they do normally, they'd be the best weapons in the game - period.

They don't stack with Jump either...or Love Halberd would be DRG's best weapon. Double Attack/Triple Attack may proc along with Virtue stone's double attack thus you can potentially triple/quadruple attack. DRG/WAR with Brutal Earring and Love Halberd triple attacks pretty often, it's kinda fun and actually useful for TP gain on HNM where your LS mainly MBs for damage like Fafhogg.
