Blood+ was interesting at first then got pretty boring ;x I think I might rewatch it though, I stopped watching it about 75% of the way through because I started watching Bleach. But it was really getting kinda boring.

Well, sometimes 50 (or 51 in FMA's case) episodes is a perfect length, and then sometimes it's beating a dead horse. Blood+ is pretty interesting, has some weird plot issues later in the 30s and 40s.. but the dub over here is pretty much ruining it. Anyone who's seen it on [as] and see how monotone some of the VAs are will agree. D:

lol when bleach came out on AS i used to watch it just to see how bad the voices were, man they were bad. Not to mention the english dubs are all done by the same like 10 VA's, and that goes for 10 anime's. Zaraki was the absolute worst though, it actually hurt.

Blood+ isn't too bad, I have to agree on -not- watching it on AS though, that goes for everything really and anyone that actually watches any anime would've known that by now.

AS is a nice introduction to an anime if you hadn't seen it already, but I just have a weird obsession with wanting to see all anime in the original Japanese form now.

Hrm. I wasn't referring to Bleach's dubbed voices. They aren't as great as say.. Samurai Champloo/Cowboy Bebop/FMA.. but they weren't HORRID either. Blood+'s are HORRID. Kai's girlfriend's voice made me want to stab her eyes out and rip off my own ears, .. uh, the boss, blonde haired guy in the suit with the deep voice makes my brain hurt.. the accents are horrid. Just ugh.

I think the dubs wouldn't be so bad if the same people weren't doing 25 different anime's.

Champloo was great, but now fou's voice I hear everywhere. Bebop and FMA were done good, but then hearing their voices in cameo's of just random characters that die or main characters again just takes away from it.

Ghost in the shell, I've heard the major and the old guys voice so many times now it kills. I guess what gets me the most about bleaches voices is that I was into bleach and watching it in japanese for a long time before it came over. I was the most into it, so seeing zaraki and other captains utterly butchered (hitsugaya comes to mind) just stabs me in the face. I actually like the VA that does Fou, it seems whatever shes in she does it decently. But like you said, when they try to do accents its absolute lol.

With that said, I still like the Major and Aramaki's voice actors though. (In fact, I hear Aramaki's voice for Detective Chimp in the Shadow Pact.) I also like Batou's VA.

P.S. Blood+ is interesting, but a little hard to follow if you are doing something else. (Like playing FFXI...)

I know they are guys, o.O I was just saying Kai's girlfriend... her voice is just awful and it bothers me.

I also agree with the fact that they do so many different animes and it sucks seeing their voices elsewhere. Kind of like when E7 was still around and then Bleach came on before it..so I saw Ichigo, heard Ichigo and then saw/heard Renton. D:
