Another Router thread :(

I have satellite connection and I use a belkin wireless G router to connect 2 computers. I had problems trying to set up the router, so I just use ethernet cables to connect the computers. Every so often it wont register an internet feed, but the modem shows a connection. I have to reset the router to register a connection again. wouldn't be a problem if it didnt happen so frequently.

Do you have DHCP turned on?

Could be a crappy router. If you have too many connections at once, most routers give up and need a restart.
