am i missing something cause cause one disk seems to be just a manual or something and the other one all i see is the playonline installer, how am i supposed to install ffxi and all the other expansions

They are DVD's.
Shove the one with the POL Installer inside of your computer after POL is installed and you will be given the option to install FFXI/Expansions.

nvm. I found the problem I think. If you're running Vista like I am, it'll give you an option of running POL or opening files. Click on opening files and go from there.

Browse the DVD then for the Folder with the FFXI Install File
