SE says The Pit will be released on September 11th. I wouldn't be surprised if they added other stuff on that date as well.

I'd love to see where you're getting this from. Unless you're pulling it out of your ass, as is the most likely scenario at the moment.

Since before it was released they proclaimed ToAU was for HIGH LEVEL players, with the new jobs being the big draw for the lower end players.

Yes, with the difficulty lacking as it has so far that might not feel like the case, but they never claimed it was for low level players.

He doesnt move much, the cylinders on his shoulders spin, kinda clenches up a little when he casts magic, all in all he doesnt have any interesting movement.

... Have you been paying attention to the missions at all? It technically -was- the ruins at one part, because the ruins were the strongest construct and as a result its spirit resided in it.

Why? Its HIGHLY implied that he is the undersea ruins. The Empire is making a new body for Alexander to inhabit. Judging by the Alexander .DAT; they very clearly finished the new body and he is very clearly inhabiting it. At least thats the logical progression. If you pay attention to the cutscene where they're showing off the various parts of Alexander's old body on the map you'll notice that they're all in ruin under the sea. Undersea. Ruins.

In the CS they metion him taking the Empire's Shell... meaning he wont be the Ruins when he appears.....

Im basically referring to the people who say "Alexander cant be a summon cuz he is the ruins" When in fact he is an entity that uses the Ruins as a "body" <,<

Yeah, the new one was made out of Omega/Ultima according to Limbus cutscenes, no? But yeah, Razfahd mentions they have a new body, they just need to figure out the brain or something.
