Stormwaker now has 70 INT, I'm 95% sure it was 60something before. VE has 78 STR.

I posted this in the other thread but yeah Bagel covered some parts:
Valoredge with Auto Repair Kit I & II: STR 78, HP: 1898/1898
Stormwaker with Mana Tank I & II: INT 70, MND 75, MP: 1024/1024
Sharpshot: AGI 79
Pretty crazy!
Also this has been bugging the hell out of me, those new Head and Hand pieces, "Breeder's Set" that were included in the Version Update, where can they be attained? Does ANYONE know yet?
Has anyone noticed BLM not using Eraser?
Why must they break everything? Does scanner fucking work yet?Originally Posted by Bagel
They should come from ??? appraisals from FL assaults. I haven't seen any reports of the Breeder's gear specifically, but the two pieces ought to come from two different assaults (since the Bowman pieces are confirmed to come from Hydra and Khimaira assaults).Originally Posted by Jkun
I was under the impression that you don't even need the scanner for BLM head to spells your target is weak to.Originally Posted by Jkun
On anything that isn't Impossible to Gauge this is true, on anything that's an NM, HNM or above, it'll just cast it's highest nuke.Originally Posted by Spoony Bob

Really starting to get ticked off with WHM head's insistance to use debuffs 90% of the time unless someone is 50% or below HP (even with Damage Guage/LM up), the thing appears to get stupid in alliances, just kept getting resisted blind/silences on Ix'DRK, when he could of been healing the tank instead.
Would be a lot easier for WHM head if it had a maneuver required to trigger enfeebs, then we can choose to use them or not, rather than having the pet on retrieve and stock-pile light maneuvers.
W/o scanner, seems to not nuke w/ elements the mob is strong to, but not to favor elements the mob is weak to. To give an example, today in limbus Muffin would nuke Fire Elementals with Thunder III and Aero III instead of T3/Blizz3, but not Water.
lol, Muffin sounds confused as hell. Guess they're never fixing this then, no more JoL hopes and dreams on PUP for meOriginally Posted by Bagel

I had a chance to test out the Sharpshooter last night at a colibri meritting party. I am quite pleased to see an improvement in all-around damage thanks to the stat fix. Serenade's melee hits were connecting at a far better pace and very few ranged attacks (and 0 Dazes) were missed.
As for the fixing of Harlewaker, I honestly have no issue with it. The Harlewaker was a nice glitch but unfortunately not intended so we have no choice but to work around it. I've loved the Soulsoother's powerful Cure Vs (now even higher after the update) since I've gotten it and despite its sometimes questionable AI (ie casting a debuff on a mob when I am under 500 HP...), I still prefer it for soloing.
Last thing: Please SE, for the love of god, consider have enfeebling, curing, and nuking spells on different timers!
i could actually see this happening. a major complaint about smn was that while a smn had a wide variety of tools at their disposal, only a few were used, since they were all on the same timer. with the advent of the rage/ward system, we're given the opportunity to act both defensively and offensively every blp timer, increasing our effectiveness significantly. granted, smn is still "lolsmn" in many situations, and some don't call for using both halves, but the opportunity to function in both roles has helped significantly in my opinion to bring smns more to the forefront of the game. perhaps SE will consider a similar solution, since it's a fairly known quantity and known to be effective.Originally Posted by Toth
Anyone been playing as BST at all since update? I'm interested on people's impressions on whether there have been any changes to pets.
I'm just asking since I was tooling around on another job with BST sub in Buburimu last night for a couple of hours, and pets (leech/zu) seemed to be hitting harder than I remember versus the tier 3 gobs in the zone. I was wondering whether anyone has any solid numbers for pets in a well-known camp, pre versus post update. If not, maybe I'll head on up to the bird camps in Sky and check for myself. Probably no difference but then again, probably worth checking.
Thanks.
ok. now this i can weigh in on. i did some lvling on bst last night, and the mobs seemed noticeably stronger. mobs that would easily be soloed w/o a pet swap would die right along side my pet. bees that were pulling pollen for 5-600 generally, were popping that little bitch of a move for 1415 HP (why can't my blu's pollen be that strong?! ^^) when my duo partner made it though, with 2 pets and 2 ADORABLE little tarus beating on the mobs, they seemed to go down easy as ever. i think the change is not insignificant, but larger groups will find it less noticeable, as it's not a staggering change.Originally Posted by Midnightjade
I mourn the death of harlewaker, soloing T-VT mobs are out the window D:
Yet there is a brighter future with fixed int and Spiritreaver, im gonna cap magic merits soon and see what kinda new dmg i can throw out there
The update to Beastmaster added something that I wish was around a long ass time ago. Now when you have a pet charmed (or jug pet out) after every battle you pet will regen and save all his TP! Before this update charmed mobs would lose their TP (10% a tick) when not engaged in battle while jug pets would save all the tp and not lose it. Then they did the recent version update and added a bunch of stuff but we lost all save tp stuff (only way to save tp was to have your pet 'stay' and then it would drop as soon as you used 'heel' comand). Now with the recent changes we can actually stand around with our pets and not worry about them losing TP (even the charmed ones!).
I was soloing T steelshells with Soulsoother, so it's still possible.Originally Posted by DragonCloud64
It was possible to do that pre-patch too.Originally Posted by Khamsin
