Suiram had me test the Imperial Standards Moghancement: Conquest with him last night. The effect works for conquest areas only and didn't give any imperial standing boosts. It appears to be equal to the Moghancement: Bastok/Sandy/Windurst conquest bonuses and is not specific about which nation you belong to. That was his conclusion at the end of the night, but perhaps he did further research into it. We were both of the mind that it should give an imperial standing bonus but it doesn't. Not yet, anyway.

I'm not sure if Suiram SSed the results or wrote it down anywhere. He was much more meticulous and had explanations for everything while I was just an armchair observer.

Did 2 of you happens to be in different area?

If that's the pattern, then Melee Ring should get Regen effect too no? and ranged ring got snapshot effect
