Sorry if it's been asked/answered earlier, but does the Imperial Standard flag you get enhance IS gain like the nation flags enhance CP gain?

I think that nobody uploaded the song that plays during one of the last cutscenes, the one that sounds as a re-arrangement of "A Puppet's Slumber". I like collecting FFXI songs in a playable format, so I thought I would share:
