Any luck getting despot to pop post patch?

Few hours with no pop, others reporting 5+hrs with no luck.

If this is true, this is so freaking stupid, they fix one problem just to let the same problem happen with another mob. So freaking dumb.

There is another Despot thread. In that thread someone suggests that you must kill all of the dolls to see which is the PH.
