Completely random discovery

I hadn't seen this before, so I just went out to try it in port windy (was afk there)

switched to brd, grabbed horn+1 just in case it only worked with an instrument for some reason, walked out to the end of the horizontal dock in H-8 (what looks to be the very center), cast victory march and nada. cast a few things and nothing happened at all, actually. dunno what it could be I'll try in VoS next time I'm camping turtle I guess (provided im on bard)

Most of the areas won't have the 0,0,0 point on the center of their respective maps.
