wtf is wrong?

alright so basically i got a serge through my computer fucking up basically everything inside.....motherboard cpu vid card hd and im assuming memory sticks all fucked.....ive bought a new motherboard, cpu, vidcard and harddrive... but for some reason even tho all this shit is new the monitor wont turn on when the computer turns on, the computer doesnt beep when it starts up, the keyboard lights dont light up....im assuming that the motherboard was defective on delivery is there neway i can rly test if the motherboard is bad or just assume it dont work and get an rma?

Uh, you replaced all that shit before trying a new PSU?

In my experience, a lot of surges just kill the PSU. Buy a new one, then test all your old parts.

if the psu was fried would ne of the fans be running...hell the computer seems/sounds like its booting up but minus the screen part lol

If it's not posting, (the beeps) then I'd guess your RAM is fucked. Did you replace that or just the more expensive parts? >_>

ive replace everything but the ram i tried switching out the ram so only one ran at a time but nothing happened so im guessing either they both fucked or idk

Honestly what I'd do is buy a new case + PSU + RAM, you've almost bought a whole new PC anyway, go the whole hog. After you've got the brand new machine up and running, you can test all your old parts one by one in the new machine and then either ebay them or buy the extra parts to build a 2nd working box.

prly will buy a new ram next but both my old mother board and cpu are fried for a fact the hd and vid card i was sure about but i just bought em thinking it would help but i failed hardcore haha

How do you know the old ones are fried for sure?

well the cpu has burn marks on the bottem of it and some of the pins on the cpu part of the motherboard are bent hence no good

You should test the CPU, if they run hot they often scorch.

I've had my PSU go before and still power my fans.

I was similar situation, testing everything except the PSU because it was powering my motherboard lights and fans.

Guess what. My PSU was fooked. Tried the one from my other PC, booted right up.

Just because it appears to be running doesn't mean it's running at the power wattage on the tin. I'd try a new or borrowed PSU before buying anything else.
