Just ran a Dyna Bastok and saw massive resists on scorp petrify, both duration and straight out resist

I resisted para a few times from slimes in dyna-jeuno tonight, thought it was just because I got lucky with drk resist trait but after seeing this thread maybe not?

My friend resisted breakga 3x in a row just a moment ago, he was bragging about it in /tell to me during dynamis.

People better go pop AV fast before SE fixes this. Being able to resist meteor should make the difference between winning and not winning O_O

umm... ya, no resist on Meteor... poor Blu took 3000+ Dmg from it, while a paladin got hit by Comet for around 2k hahaha

Also, noticed I resisted Slow/Gravity alot from JoL last night. I just thought Ranger > All..... guess I was right, but wrong at the same time.

Doesn't balliasta have some kind of enfeeble resistance building parameters and damage reduction from nukes and melee alike? Almost makes me wonder if that mechanic somehow didn't get applied to mobs.

Enfeebles yes, nukes no. Nuke damage is reduced by fixed % but you don't build resistance to them.

Poped kirin tuesday got this no bar spell no shell and after id been hit by a couple of ga 4s,i was on sam.

We were all getting resists on paralyzega in Dynamis-Jeuno last night too - was happening to most of the LS cos a few people commented on it.

Made the zone just an irritating lag-fest, instead of the usual really irritating lag-fest.

Job traits actually working is awesome, but i'm sure we all know that it's a glitch and will get "fixed".

Resist rates are definetly 'broken'? My LS popped 3 Kirins on Saturday evening and we use two RDM/NIN to tank. A couple times I took very low dmg from StonegaIV, and twice it didnt even break the other RDM/NINs Stoneskin. Once it hit him without Stoneskin for still <200 DMG. All these are single target DMG, not spread out with other people helping reduce the damage.

EDIT: +Enmity Gear, little or no earth resist on either of us.

I had 20 lightning resist from staff on the TIV resist, but I don't think it mattered that much, and no fire resist on the Burn resist.

Can't see them not Ninja'ing this in the upcoming maint.
