As far as I can see - unmerited DRG w/o pet easily won with fully merited Adaberk Ridill WAR.

Easily? The DRG was extremely pimped out and the difference was only 10%, not to mention the WAR tanking. The DRK getting his ass handed to him is what is IMO sad

Hmh the DRG had Dusk Hands+1 instead of Homam. Just didnt want to put all gear up in the post.
The DRK did really well.. she had a 2400 Guillotine later but i stopped the parse to try GAXE lol

DRG and especially DRK held a bit back and DRK got lullabyed pretty often, which took some
seconds to wake her up. (sometimes more)
Looks like all been pretty close.. the DRK would have beat me easily w/o holding back, more merits and Perdu Sickle imo. The DRG tried a few times Scewer (did 1100-1850) so he
could have done more too.

Remember neither 2h's had merits either, of which that extra 16 skill could have lead to some more STR/Attack or Haste in other slots (NOT LIKE THEY WOULD NEED ACCURACY LOL).

Did you miss the part where imps take 12.5% more damage from piercing? Fighting a neutral mob, the war would have been beating the drg slightly. However the wyvern being out 100% would have probably still put him over the top, but you also have to take into consideration that the wyvern just going to be dead most of the times against certain mobs, IE: imps and soulflayers with spikes damage, -agas, and that retarded bio move.

HOWEVER it seems like g. axe beats ridill now, so I think pimped g. axe war vs. pimped drg vs. pimped sam would be a more interesting test.

Parses never tell the truth.. just can say i felt ok. The ACC buff is just plain unfair imo but o well SE want it this way so i wont complain 8)

I just feel sorry for all the other WARs who put a lot of work into WAR and now getting really owned with their Man/Jugg/Joy.
I watched a PT yesterday and parsed them outside and a pimped MNK/NIN beat a medium geared SAM/NIN by 7%.. think what you want about that. Shitty player/gear still sucks no matter which job. Amen.

Yea, cause WARs dual wielded against HNMs. You should be thanking SE for letting you max out your merits months before the other jobs were able to so that you could get e-peen screenshots from Rampaging merit mobs.

Uh, fuck yeah we did. Some of us had the gear and the merits to make dual wielding on HNMs more than viable.

Oh and yea WAR/NIN @ Faf or Aspi was np.. i gained TP quicker than /SAM and GAXE..
hell i even used Rid/Joy on Faf to do light with SAM with Savage Blade lol.

If parser never tells a truth why everyone are using it? Of course parser are telling truth, truth of log which usually covers 95% of information bout battle. 'Parser never tells truth' is BS.

Even if colibris are weak against piercing it won't change much. WAR in a matter of pimp here is ahead with merits. DRG won but can easily pull out more with merits and wyvern which cause him being even more dominant in this parse.

I never complain bout that SE decided to pimp out 2handers, especially that it is what they should do long time, but I don't like the way they did it. Atm I see I can easily leave Ridill in Storage, till my DRK hit 75, and go crazy with Perdu Voulge/Martial Bhuj along with /sam sub.

lol Parser completely depend on your PT. You cant make general assumptions just because you saw one parse. 3WARs and one is slow on targeting the next mob or too lazy to voke will change your parser results by a lot. You can just see some tendencies thats all imo and thats what it should be used for.

To the OP: If you try this again, and I think I read that you intended to, you should have the DRG consider changing out the homam for some less acc-heavy pieces then see if it changes his performance at all. I don't have the pants, but when I did Colibri the other day (it's not fair to ask for no madrigal if others in the pt need it) we were rolling min and mad and I went with Askar body and Conte pants and still was at the acc cap. Would've used Dusk Gloves over Homam too if I had em on me, if for nothing else than the lack of enmity+, lol.

Looks interesting though. And then just imagine what the parses would look like if the DRG and DRK were /NIN, which is likely inevitable.

I am fearing that I will have to /NIN on SAM now. Seigan is not enough.
