All assaults complete = free portal use?

This may be something or it may be nothing... I've been done with ToAU for a while and I've been FL for a while. I'm nowhere near 51/51, as I spam RvB for Salvage points and use my remaining tags for Nyzul Isle. However, my Mercenary Assessment rating with Abqubah has continued to rise. According to him, I should be hearing from Naja real soon now. Has anyone just spammed the 25 points you normally need to rank up and see what happens?

Abquhbah tells me I'll be hearing from Naja any day now, but talking to Naja, much as expected, does not rank me up to Captain.

Pretty sure you need all the FL done to get Captain (Different from all other ranks). My static should be doing the final two FL tonight, so ill repost when i find out.

I finished all 51 Assaults and was on ToAU Mission 38 and I couldnt get Captain cutscene. I then finished ToAU missions and got the cutscene to rank up as soon as i clicked on Abquhbah after getting my ring/crown/standard.

So just to confirm what everyone no doubt had already assumed, today I went from 3 tags to 2 tags at 5:01 pm, however when I picked up my last tag my timer was still set at 4:29pm, meaning that it should reset when you go from 4 tags to 3 on NPC. This is actually pretty nice for us, since the 3 of us are all captain and do 4 AP farming runs a week and 3 Nyzuls, and whereas before we each had to remember to pick up an extra tag 2-3 times during the week, or we'd only be able to do 3 AP runs (and less Salvage as a result), now if someone forgets it doesn't prevent us from doing all 4.

Now everyone just has to remember to pick up their extra tag so you can do all 5 runs, or else you'll be stuck only doing 4.
