Assault Checklist XLS file

I made a very simple/brief assault checklist file, so people can know which ones they have done and have left. I use it myself. I'm sure this will come in handy for people who are trying to get the bonus tag and free runic portal permit you get when you complete 50/50 assaults.

I made it in google documentss (don't have MS excell on this PC) so apologies for any difficulty you guys get going cross platform.


Basically how to use it, don't edit the first sheet, at the bottom of the page there should be some sheet names, of all the assault zones. In those zones, mark the ones you have complete with a 1 , and the incomplete ones with a 0 (they should all be 0 by default).

Editing the other sheets will edit the first sheet by default, there's 10 ranks per zone, so you'll see at the bottom in the totals how many you have done. Once you have done 10, you've completed all the ranks for the zone (duh).

Also, .xls files aren't allowed to be uploaded, so I saved it as a .rar file. I think winzip supports .rar files so you should be ok, if not, get winrar to unzip.

Can be opened in any program that can read excel files, if you don't have one or want to access it remotely you can use google to do it ( http://docs.google.com/ )

Glad to see I ain't the only one who likes keeping organized via spreadsheets, hell to keep track of Assaults otherwise...
(if only SE only organized the Assault missions via ranks like they did CoP by chapters)

Here's the one I made awhile ago, it's a bit minimalistic compared to yours, but it's nice to print out in landscape, pin on the wall, and just fill in whatever space you just finished with a pencil, and use pencil tics for rank progress.

Yours opens fine btw in Microsoft Excel, just the colouring makes it hard to read for me, unsure if it's supposed to be like that, or is just a problem with the way both applications interpret/write the xls format with regards to coloured cells.
(they load up as extremely dark colours)

The assaults are organized by the area first, then suborganized by rank, starting from lowest to highest, on your mission list.

i thought i was the only one geeky enough to do that. i have a google docs spreadsheet with pages for every one of my members of my assault perma. very easy way to manage it, and when bored at work, figure out what still needs to be done.

Sorry this is a bit of a necro, but it seemed the best place for the info (only discussion I could find that was on-topic) and I didn't want to make a new topic just for this.

I am 51/51 in my Assault log. Managed to rank up to Captain with no problem; however, Rytaal still doesn't say anything about another tag, which for everyone else happened the instant they were "done" all 51 assaults. Both before and after my Captain promotion quest, he just gives his usual spiel.

Thing is, the one time I messed with Nyzul Isle, we only made it up 4 floors before tagging out. So it was a "success", but apparently you need to make it up at least 5 floors for Rytaal to give you the extra tag? Has anyone gotten him to hold 4 tags for them while having completed fewer than 5 floors?
