I got an XBLA Unplugged disc a couple days ago. No shipping email, and was a non-zeroed account. Hopefully they'll give me the rest of the stuff I ordered on that account. Not expecting anything from my other accounts though. Anyone know if there is still a way to cheat? Does Livemacro still work? I wanna see if I can rack up enough points for a Zune again. I'm almost positive if I run it slow enough I can get all the points and order without being zeroed.

By the way, what do the zeroed accounts mean?

When your account is zeroed, they take away all of your remaining tickets and all ticket accruals after that mean nothing. You can't win any more tickets or order anymore prizes, and any orders that you have made using that account are canceled.

Actually, in my experience zero'd accounts were just a DB error and mean absolutely nothing. Most of mine (if not all) were zero'd...

Not sure if it means anything or if its just a problem with their database like you said, but either way i'm not holding my breath for the prizes, they WERE free after all.
