When your account is zeroed, they take away all of your remaining tickets and all ticket accruals after that mean nothing. You can't win any more tickets or order anymore prizes, and any orders that you have made using that account are canceled.

Tons of people who got prizes were from zero'd accounts so nobody really knows the real reason for zeroing.

Yeah I know, I was just quoting what IL sent in an email about zeroed accounts. I wish I would've gotten some prizes from my zeroed accounts

When you said that I was thinking, "Yeah I got one too about a month ago (exactly a month ago actually...weird)." But then I just checked my email and low and behold, I got another blank email from Points Customer Support today.

Of course, they're not as easy to get now though. You may be better off making one yourself, unless you excel at doing some serious brown-nosing

These are all coming from the same non-zeroed account. I guess my zeroed accounts aren't getting anything...I'm sad. If I could find another bot, I'd keep playing. Someone find me one! :D
