    He was 64 when he was died.. so he was 23 when he was shot. Also, did people skim over the fact that he was left paralyzed after he was shot? :/ Kinda surprised noone has mentioned it.

    right. but the justice system already meted out punishment for leaving him paralyzed. I'm not discussing this particular case so much as the implications for other cases further down the line.

    It is illegal but i dont remember if they charge you with manslaughter or a degree of murder.
