Given that we can change our ACP and MKDE rewards as soon as we want, I think at this stage it's safe to say we won't get to swap our ToAU rings ever.

Don't forget that ToAU rings were added the very same update CoP and Zilart rewards were made re-questable. Chances are they will save it for a year from now where they will make it one of those side update notes that should have been done ages ago.

And since it is the same idea don't forget also that the very same update they made all the ammo with useful stats non-throwable is the same update they added Smart Grenade. Clearly Square could use a little more communication among their employees.
