    And guillo isn't acc varies w/ tp. It's silence duration.
    I know the guillotine isn't acc, but it seems to connect all 4 hits even with stacking str and attack. This will probably make ppl think twice when building their ws set.

    Maybe the are removing the 1dex=1acc thing and increasing the acc of both said ws's.

    Well, they didn't specifically mention that they made changes to 1 dex = 1 acc, etc. in the last patch notes either. Just going to have to check after the update and see if they ninja'd it back or not.

    Wow, nobody noticed this? rofl
    Only mob I can really think of that have 2h weapons are dyna mobs and some mobs in eldieme, but they're all too low level/too squishy to notice really.

    Yay for the damage calculations going back to normal (i hope).

    I am glad that they specified more of the information on the fixes they are doing.

    And the Pokemon people will be getting their Pankration a day early.

    How can Guillotine be nerfed when it hasn't received a 'direct' buff, besides the global 2-handed/str/dex thing?

    Besides that, Guillo isn't the most accurate WS out there either.

    Yea, perhaps when WSing, your Dex = accuracy thing will be gone or calculated differently. Bringing back the use of Abyss cape and weapon accuracy. Just don't think it will make sense tho. Perhaps they require higher accuracy than normal hits to connect.

    No one mentioned, but looks like Dex=Acc and Str=Atk is here to stay.
    That change by itself isn't really that bad though. It was the level correction and pDIF issues that was really fucking shit up.
    In this whole fiasco, truer words have not been spoken.

    And why is anyone to believe that DEX=ACC was not intended, just because we didn't think of it before does not mean that it was not intended.

    - All random number calculations for damage amounts are not being calculated properly.

    - Both the attack and accuracy of monsters equipped with two-handed weapons are higher than intended.
    DRK and WAR trolls are about the only ones I can think of that people merit off? And it's damn near impossible to get people to merit anywhere but freaking colibri.
    - The TP of beastmaster's pets slowly continues to decrease while they were not engaged in battle.
    Haven't avatars always done this?
    - Automaton continues to cast magic on player characters that are KO'd.
    I lol'd.

    Most likely nerfing accuracy for Guillotine and Penta Thrust to force our asses into using Cross Reaper and Skewer which they just changed recently..............

    They did mention it, we just didn't understand.

    - Two-handed weapons will now receive larger benefits from a character’s attributes, and will also inflict more damage when facing higher-level opponents or enemies with high defense.
    Everyone assumed that would mean 1STR=1Attack, but in SE's vague way it's pretty clear they meant both that and the dex change.

    Not a PUP buff at all, considering they're returning it to how it was before the update. If they make it higher than what it was predate, then that's a buff.

    I noticed the acc of h2h gigas in upper delkfuts tower was a bit higher being that at 75 blu i was evading less than when i went up there with ranger long ago and blu has a bit more evasion than rng to to mention with sandspin and stuff. Also would crabs fit into this as I was skilling up club yesterday it seem the crabs would bring down shadows a lot quicker than I remember them being able to

    Oh I thought they meant to raise the stats but didn't, not that they lowered them

    One thing that I've always wondered, if a mob has no weapon at all, is that considered a 2H weapon, a 1H weapon, hand to hand, or none of the above?
