It's a brand new computer. I have no idea what happened. It's the first time I've had a problem. No .dat swaps. I couldn't play, the screen would move every 30ish seconds though. Either way, looks pretty cool lol.

Wow, that sucks. Something less drastic than that used to happen to my old PC when I ran FFXI with other large programs

make sure you're not overheating anything. are all your fans running? did you verify that all the fans are plugged in? i've seen pre-built PCs that the builders neglected to plug in the HDD, so an oversight on a case fan wouldn't surprise me in the least. have you overclocked your GPU? are you allowing ample breathing room in the area surrounding your PC? it's not sandwiched between a wall and a desk, is it? while i'm skeptical that overheating is the cause, it's a very easy thing to look for, and thus worth giving a shot. when my GPU fan died (it's an ancient ATI AIW 9600. be quiet. some of us don't have money for a decent computer.) CN went quite trippy. installing an auxillary fan revived the machine, but heat can do some crazy things to graphics cards.
