Uh, in vick's case, his private life was against the law, his public career would be fucked with by his private life regardless if he went to jail.

Your point being? I thought I already said that Vick's career is over because he broke the rules of the NFL in addition to the charges against him. It's an extra penalty on top of the jailtime he faces. It's not like Mike Tyson, he doesn't just get to make a comback into millions of dollars. Why? Because that's what the NFL wrote on his contract.

Had she been found responsible for #3 by Disney, they would have fired her within their rights as a corporation and nothing could have been done about it. She's lucky they didn't fire her over #2.
