Video problem on new system. (From XtremeGear)

I just got a new system from XtremeGear in the mail.

Everything seems to power up fine, except I have no video signal. System is running a Geforce 8800GTS 640MB.

Anyone have any ideas? Tech support is closed for the weekend...

Try using another DVI cable/VGA adaptor/VGA cable.
Are you allowed to open your case without voiding the warrenty?

I tried swapping in an entirely different monitor with same results.

I am pretty sure i can open the case without voiding warranty.

    Dont think so

    System specs are:

    Core 2 Duo E6750
Asus P5N32-E nForce 680i SLI Motherboard
    2GB Corsair XMS2 RAM
    EVGA Geforce 8800GTS 640MB

Also, im not sure if this has any bearing on my issue. But the harddrive is blank, and just preformatted. I need video (obviously) to have the system boot from my Windows XP disc, in order to run the install.

Also, i just realized I get no beeps from the motherboard on startup. One beep is usually a normal startup, and three beeps is an error correct? I get zero beeps...

it could also be a RAM error if both the video card and onboard video (if it even has it) show nothing. if there are 2 1GB sticks you could try 1 at a time to see if that resolves the issue.
