Maybe it's just me but I didn't really get the impression that he claimed to solo Faf from those SSs.

I can see how you might get the idea but if you read what he says closely he doesn't make that claim.

He specifies soloing Behe and Admantoise, both of which are very do able, but doesn't say solo when he mentions faf.

Then again maybe it's just me >.>

I honestly think that even if there is a way to beat AV legit without any wall tricks.

Other then that linkshell bragging i don't see why they would give out the strategy to anyone.

But then again. Just gotta keep an eye out for those particular people and just watch what they do.

And that could be done by showing a bunch of screens of your ls getting drops from it w/out sharing anything.

This would:

a.) show that you figured it out

b.) create a shitstorm of drama because you're not sharing the secret until your LS has whored it out first.

I have a feeling that when someone cracks AV, they'll probably want to post it on BG, not just to get credit for figuring it out (and making sure someone doesn't take credit for it by watching them), but because as a whole we've been pondering this damn mob for years, and they'd be helping everyone out.

Some people actually like to help out the community, hence why we have things like the BGwiki, and people who work out game mechanics and all of that jazz.

Remember that time my ls was the first to kill AV in a perfectly legit way, and not 10 minutes into the kill (when we realized we were going to kill it) we started posting exactly what we did, and then gave a detailed report of it all after, as well as posting it on our boards as well? This mob is not some fresh NM the JPs are hiding from us.
