This show looks like it was produced in the early 1980's; the quality is so putrid. The best VMA shows were 6-8 years back.

I think MTV overdoes alot of "cliches", but HOLY SHIT, what the FUCK were they thinking?

MTV: "We're so Edgey/Hip/Modern with the times, w/e we show with the MTV logo, be it a piece of shit, kids will love it and adore it"

Cool highlights I enjoyed was Timbaland's Genius Beats (Amazing beats), the 50 Cent/Kanye West Face-off, Chris Brown can Dance (Wooo Child, that boy can move), and all those lovely ladies showing their thick/firm Hips/Thighs (Rihanna, Nelly Furtado, & Alicia Keys)

On a funny note, whats with all these rappers/producers looking like they just came back "Strength Training" with Barry Bonds

50 Cent & Timbaland had their physique for the longest, but Dr. Dre/P. Diddy/Nelly looked like they traded in their kronik for some HGH/The Clear

Chris Brown has some moves, but the whole lipsinging just pissed me off. Usher has better moves, imo. I'm not into hip-hop all that much, but when I saw that boy dance I remembered Michael from back in the day (yea I'm old. . .)

When it got to the best group and Fall Out Boy won, I told my chick it was time for me to go home. Linkan Park is a much better group, imo. Even Jack White alone is wayyyy better than them, but I can see why they wouldn't really be considered a "group", I could be wrong about that tho. Iono. . .
