Wishing harm on someone, and allowing someone to learn from their ignorance, are two different things. I always hope nothing bad happens to the people I know, but occasionally people need to learn lessons from their mistakes. People never seem to feel accountable for their stupidity anymore.

Not really much one can do, esp in my position (since I didn't donate anything). It would be so much as to try and raise the bar for confirmation on thier reply and futher assurance that the money wasn't compromised (see "used"). Yes, they said they'd do something with the money. Lets run it back, and now ask how many people believe a plain statement like that. You know I'm not the only person asking about what REALLY happened.

I'm not saying they stole or used the rest. I'm just saying that there's very little assurance.

I didn't miss any point. Yeah, Taj is to blame, but when you think being stupid with your passwords isn't a problem....

Somehow my thoughts about having secure passwords and securty in general turned into "stealing is ok". There were two seperate issues here. The Paypal issue, and the password issue. I never innitially commented on the Paypal one.


So, my thoughts for the reading comprehension challenged:
- Taj is an ass for going into Div's account. Yeah, it was funny, but it's still not a cool thing to do.
- Div is an idiot for using the same password for multiple secure and insecure things. Also, don't lie about gilbuying on BG and then try to blow it off. People will still notice.
- I don't want your grandma to have her bingo money stolen.
