Just a reminder that botting and hacking the claim system are not the same thing....

Botting = mechanical and automated movements

Hacking = exploiting game mechanics in ways which were not meant to be accessible by players (usually in combination with botting)

FFXIClopedia asked for dontations to keep the site from moving to Wikia, because they believed Wikia to be Evil.

FFXIC Admins then changed their mind about Wikia when they realized they couldn't fund FFXIC anymore, even with donations minus mousepads and t-shirts.

They announced it but really only on the FFXIC forums, upon which I do not recognize any names from these forums, so BG users wanted to know!

They also did not in very good detail talk about costs in general, so people worried they/those who donated were swindled.

Admins came to defend the move but still did not completely share details about costs, instead throwing up defenses that are either totally justifiable or totally not.

FFXIC pointed out that DivisorTheory is a junior admin at FFXIC.

People who didn't like DT's posts then further shouted that something was amiss.

Taj posted screenshots of possibly ill gotten PayPal statements/emails incriminating DT to attempt to question his character.

DT made a vague denial on the screenshots and an explanation of the email but has not answered calls for him to prove the screenshots were fake.

People started more attacks on both sides: DT IS A LIAR AND A CHEAT! TAJ IS BREAKING THE LAW HACKING INTO PERSONAL ACCOUNTS!

DT used it to further the topic away from having to defend himself; Taj I believe is still asleep.

Some attempts to rerail back to FFXIC have been made.
