This topic has taken a turn for the retarded.

1) Taj isn't going to hack you for purely disagreeing with him, or even being confrontational about it. If he did my account would have been gone 2 years ago.

2) The pictures are not shopped, shut the hell up about that already.

3) Taj breaking someone's privacy and said person being a gilbuying fuckbag do not need to be equated with eachother. What you consider worse is fine just shut the fuck up about it already, especially if you're clueless as to what was really done. One does not necessarily need to be worse unless your motivation is to ignore one completely because it's the lesser of two evils. It's going to take Divisortheory months, maybe years, and tens of thousands of dollars to repair the damage to his financial accounts, much less the havoc it's wreaked on his personal life. I guess all of you are OK with Taj being able to hack your real-life toon, because you can't currently conceive of any situation where you might disagree with him over any minor, trivial thing.

I'd be more content to pass this off as LOLpasswordsecurity, but according to the BG admins, Taj Most Definitely Did Not get divisor's password from BG, so then WTF does it matter if his BG/gmail/paypal passwords were the same? If BG admins are correct, Taj directly hacked either divisor's gmail password or his Paypal password. That alone should be enough for serious concern, regardless of whether or not his other accounts were properly secured.

It's a bigger sin because Divisortheory contributed at least $1600 to the Keep Wu Ping Fucking With Your Pastime fund, and even if everyone's worst fears about Taj are true, all it does is fuck with your ability to freely speak your mind on one forum about said pastime.

...except the only way that Taj would have access to said proof of gilbuying is by, that's right, hacking his account.

Seeing as how the justification for the attack came after the attack itself, if Taj had hacked divisor and found nothing, ask yourself: what exactly do you think would have happened? Do you seriously believe Taj would have jumped on here and said, "Hey guys, I hacked divisor's account and found nothing out of the ordinary, btw NO ONE IS SAFE, ttyl"?

Do you not see the glaring flaw in saying that divisor's gilbuying merits Taj's hacking? What, exactly, was the justification for breaking into his account to begin with? Because he disagreed with Taj about wiki's recordkeeping (or someone said WSes can be paralyzed, or some equally trivial sh*t)? Yeah, that totally merits breaking into your real-life financial accounts.

divisor's personal money management wasn't even part of the discussion at the time. The argument was whether or not Ganiman (or the other primary wiki admins) spent the funds on blackjack and hookers. If it were Ganiman's Paypal account that was hacked, at least it'd be in f'ing context. Taj just picked one of the (several) people disagreeing with him and cracked his account.

Come to think of it, how do we even know that divisor was the first account Taj broke into? Maybe he chose someone else first and they didn't have any juicy infos worth posting.
