Can anyone comfirm if abilites stack?

I.E. You get 15% damage reduction from adamantoise, and 15% from promathia, can you give them both to your pet for 30%? Or does a generic trait NOT override itself?

You actually get decent exp by losing to a monster that's a lot higher than you, but if you lose to a monster that's within like one level, or the same level as you, you gain like 5 exp, whereas the winner probably would have gotten 100 or so.

I assume, if you are the high level monster and destroy someone else's weak monster, the experience isn't too great. But I don't know offhand because I'm the weak monster that people slap around

Has anyone else tried out a defense monster? Im using a slime with defense bonus and damage reduction, and it still gets hit pretty damn hard.. almost lost to a mob 2 under me
