Trade it to the guy who makes the reflectors and he'll say what it does. I think the Job: Traits gives your monster the traits it would have from that job as main or sub at whatever it's current level is.

Wouldn't MNK traits paired with MNK main job give you 2 attack rounds like a monk originally has?

Being face-to-face with an unaggro'd mob seems to really help capture rates, I'm 100% with a NQ camera.

Holy shit just had my first fight as level 13. Apkallu can use Beak Lunge now as opposed to Yawn (still tried to Yawn when the enemy used a TP move though). First attack round it swung 4 times (swing > triple) then Beak Lunged for 86 damage, took off almost 40% of a Wamoura's HP almost instantly.

What does your Apallaku have paired with it? And do you need Main job / Job traits attached to get the benefits of main job? e.g. Monk attacking twice in one round.

It double attacked as soon as I got it (started at level 8). Only things I've given it are Attack+15% and now Triple Attack, and it's at 70/70 FP so I can't give it anything else. I haven't seen it counter or guard, so not sure how traits work, but I've seen a black mandragora guard a few times, no idea if he had Job Traits plate or not.

Goblin Leechers drop Main/Sub/Traits for WHM. I know I saw a White Magic Scrolls thing in a bazaar, but I don't remember where it was from.
