Has anyone found if there's a "White Magic Scrolls" and/or Subjob: WHM yet? If so, which mobs?

Saw a Crab use Banish earlier, no idea where he got it from though, I'd assume random WHM beastmen can have it but that's just a wild guess, sorry.

Goblin Leechers drop Main/Sub/Traits for WHM. I know I saw a White Magic Scrolls thing in a bazaar, but I don't remember where it was from.

Where do you get evasion up?

I'm getting tired of waiting 40+ minutes for a fight with a monster around my own level only to have them switch out for a level 1 at the last minute and I end up only getting 5 exp. There really needs to be something like level classes or something.
