Another thing I'm wondering... do failed attempts to capture cause you to lose a plate? Or can you take a single plate to Faf camp, then keep spamming it, trying to capture, until you succeed with that one plate?

And if it becomes apparent that mobs have a decent chance of failing quality inspection, it might be a good idea to capture several in one trip. Just capture Fafnir onto a stack of plates, then take them all back and hopefully one will pass inspection.

I think passing inspection might depend on the mob, not luck. Could be wrong though.

What happens if you capture those lamia in the ToAU mission assault that do like 100HP/tic enpoison?
