Why would SAM sub be important to an HP build? WARs have the 2nd most HP (behind MNKs), anyways. Not sure how SAM compares, although it is possible they may be tied (if not close behind).Originally Posted by Necronus

To anyone who has Added Effect: Light : From your experience, what mobs resist the light damage effect?
Someone was saying Plantoids do, so maybe its best to use another element that no Pankration mob family resists. Like Enstone or something (unless something resists that, too).Originally Posted by Seki

i would say plantoids have a slight resistance but one acrolith blew me out of the water cause my en:light was only doing 1-9ish dmg (norm was 30+)Originally Posted by Seki
Question to anyone who has and/or has fought an acrolith, what do the NPCs call its family?
family is arcana,if thats what you mean
He means whether it lists it as part of the Acrolith family, or Mumbo Jumbo family.Originally Posted by Sylvaria
e.g. it calls Mimics "Mimic" as opposed to "Archaic Chest", Detectors "Spheroid" instead of "Detector", etc.
if you can tell me where to check that i can try, didnt notice something like that
If you trade just the reflector to the plate/skill NPC, he'll tell you its stats and stuff.
Acrolith Family = "Acrolith" It's simply based on model.
It's also classified as Arcana as mentioned, when it comes to killer effects.
Has anyone noticed Max FP jump up by >1 points after a ding? I swear my mandy was 68 max at 24 and now is 70 at 25...
I've seen a Detector classified as Spheroid, despite the mob not being called that.Originally Posted by miokomioko
Mob family name doesn't mean there needs to be a mob in the game actually named that.
What are toads classified as?
That's what I'm saying. Good to see we're in agreement.Originally Posted by miokomioko
(I misread your previous post and thought you were saying it just names it after what you got the picture from)
