Wow that's not bad at all; I'd definitely wear one of those full-time over Intensifying Cape on WHM. Only need 50k more IS to afford it now ;;.

Ive been thinking about picking one for two weeks now, I was very dissapointed with final rank items expecting something great like Perdu weapons but the Neck its pure crap, sash could have some uses and just left cape to think about, sitting at 55k Ill just pick a bit more IS before deciding, there are one or two lower rank items that me be useful for me.
