I've said it before, I'll say it again, this is probably one of the, if not THE, hottest girl I have ever seen.

As far as the video, don't even know what to say, part of me just wishes his/her/its parents would just grab them by the shoulder, shake them around, and be like, snap the hell out of it. Then you figure, they're probably so far gone they honestly don't see what the issue is.
