Vury nice, finally we see this 35 piece drop. Although, not sure why you took it as WHM and SMN as it sucks for both and is only good for BRD.

I'm still not sure I believe the "pathos" thing as I believe it has to do with killing certain mobs that in turn, makes you pathos-free (ie: you get tons of cells)

Ok so here's an idea to entertain:

We know that 5FS and 5FN conditions should be similar, but south should be easier, if we base the assumption on 3F and 4F (3FS drops cells and has less mobs, compared to 3FN, and 4FS allows more time than 4FN). Let's assume for the time being that a certain number of people unlocked is the key to 5FN. An easier condition that would make very much sense for 5FS would be having just a single person completely unlocked.

There were a few pops of 5FS where little mobs were killed, but at least 1 mob from each room on 2F was killed, as well as all of NE. This would allow for enough Ranged and Rings cells for a main tank to get all equipment, and that tank would likely already have 4 cells from 1F. The tank is very likely to also get body, and one of the two cells that drops from the first dropping mob in each room. The tank will get all melee stats of course. This leaves MND, INT(tanks should be getting this anyway), CHR, and MP.

Most of the 5FS pops included killing a whole lot of 3FS mobs, and likely unlocking at least 1 person completely, because everyone knows it's fun to fully unlock even if you don't need it. This didn't work for all groups simply because in some groups, this one or these two people who have everything else unlocked don't care about the last few cells and continue to pass them, even if they don't have them yet. This also explains how one or two groups popped 5FS by killing what might be considered the bare minimum when completely unlocked (ie: only a few mobs in each room and only the first 3 mamool rooms on 3FS - they probably got a lot of MP drops or had a PLD tank who needed MP?).

This also explains why 4FS has 4 mobs that, between them, drop 3 of each kind of attribute cell barring MP, and Poroggos that frequently drop equipment. It's a last chance to make up for what you haven't gotten yet.

"But 4FS and 5FS don't drop anything" you say. Well, you're right, they just drop chests. However, the fact that 5FN drops more than one piece (probably) half leads me to believe that SE will make you choose between these pieces and the other leftover pieces.

Anyway, the idea of the big explanation above was just to shed light back on the idea that perhaps killing 3F, 4F, and 5F madames are the way to pop 6F (but only through the south route, since north route is impossible anyway). Maybe take 3F out of the equation, I don't know. It's definitely worth a shot, perhaps if someone is doing the boss and generally hits 4F in enough time to kill the madame on 4F, have someone fully unlocked for 5F, and kill it too.

i bet 6f madame will require zerging under a certain time limit and it'll pop after the ramparts die like 6F QQ's but the time limit is going to be alot more than 7 mins. It looks like the pathos thing is working, if this is the case it seems highly unlikely you'll be able to get both 5FN and 6F frogs on the same run.

My bet is on Killing all Porrogo madames to pop 6th seeing as how it would be completly different to pop since you can pop it going south and north

1st floor kill 1 gent (maybee don't even have to)
2nd Kill soket since it is a madame
3rd Kill madame
4th Kill madame
5th Kill madame
6th Would pop,

Its far fetched but If you look at the whole picture Its really tough to pop more than 1-2 Madames going north, while going south you can do this with ease and pop the 6th madame and do the boss. The whole Idea for this zone is rather weird so I wouldn't put it past them to actually have something like this.

From what I've read so far the Ramparts on 6F and 3F (unless popping Madamme on North side) have no purpose. Has anyone tried killing every Rampart available to them?

1F: none
2F: none
3F: 2 total (one at the end of both North and South, both accessible in one run)
4FN and 4FS: 4 total (purposely kill the correct one last)
5FN: 3 total
5FS: 4 total
6F: 2 total

Would give the 6F and 3F ramparts a purpose if it worked to pop 6F Madamme.

Before you edited I check babel and it came out as "Days the gauntlet" which would imply hands. Seeing the picture means that should be true. Only one thing, those JPs need to stop cutting their images off, they tell us nothing. That could be 5FS for all we know (not likely, but possible). Compass is win, and JPs covering up who they are is fucking fail.

Anyway, looks like Arthars is right, Usukane hands, Skadi legs, and Marduk body off this one.

sorry not much data recorded during the run as i was not aware the complication of popping this NM. killed, but no drops.

when we get to 5th floor, we had all 6 members unlocked their statues, including hp/mp, i think the JP whm said he doesnt have range unlocked before we warp to 5F, as for the 5th Floor i just ran into the room and aggro'd ALL the gears in that room before i die south. I am not sure was the door auto opened or being open manually as i was dead, but the NM was in it.
- During the run i always been the person who port up the whole party.
- Earth weather appeared during the run.
