Getting everyone in range for charm and dot wearing at the wrong time happened to my group, and the frog went from 30% > 100% That's definitely 60 seconds worth of regen at least.

Not fun. What we do is have a bard who wears -50% damage taken gear, when we get charmed he'll horde us and then kite the madame around the room, eventually we'll catch up after we wake, but we hit him for very low numbers.

Maybe, but if you consider how often the frog drops double compared to the chariot, it seems pretty one-sided.

How's this then:
2 5f kills, one was a double drop (pants+body) and the other was a no drop- does that help?
