Yeah, he's had a lot of time to plan things out for how to cause Hiro the greatest pain. We'll see how much pain he expects to give Hiro (I am guessing Ando won't be alive much longer)Originally Posted by Xanthe
Also I have to wonder just how much Peter remembered, his memory of things like Hiro could easily get him to not trust Adam or work for him.
Greg Beeman stated in his most recent Blog that Isaac's power is to paint the future of an individual. The reason he painted Hiro fighting Kensei in the past was because it was in his future. It perfectly explains the paintings now, if you forget that none of these futures would have taken place unless the bomb was stopped, which Isaac never lived to see.Originally Posted by Taj

ofcourse the company could also have another painter, though unlikely.
Did Peter really remember those things or were they put there by his mother to gain her trust? It was all past happy events...nothing about last season which would make him not trust her. Also, why is she alive in the future? Maybe after her attack, admitting to kill Kaito was her telling Adam Monroe that she was on his side. After all she was on Linderman's side last season and tells Peter that he is the only one to change History. Which is what Adam told Peter in the apartment.

second i'm curious about the final story of kensei. kensei learned how to weild a sword from a dragon and had to cut his own heart out to save the one he loved.
this has 3 possibilities atleast, 1 it refers to adam, 2 it refers to hiro, 3 it's just a self-fulfilling loop since hiro told the girl about it.
also i wonder if adam would have been the great hero without hiro interferring in the past. we saw with charlie that hiro can't directly change how things happen, only indirectly by telling peter to save claire. It sounds plausible that adam could have figured out his powers all by himself and did all that crap on his own. or that hiro was always the one who helped out.
How can Hiro always be the one that helped Kensei if you go by season 1? Hiro would've went all ponytail and would be too busy cutting up government soldiers if the x-men err heroes gang didn't stop the bomb. Hiro probably messed up the timeline by going back to the past. Time storylines can be good but alot of the times, it is used as a plot crutch.Originally Posted by quannum
adam showed hiro how to use the sword, he wanted hiro's love (the chick), then by going back to the future and leaving her he cut out his heart (he'll never see her again, in love blah blah), saving her from adam and anything else that may have come from being the lover of a heroOriginally Posted by quannum
I like the theory of Ando dieing from Kensei because it goes with the last season's train of thought of how Hiro became so cold hearted. I think this whole series is going to be playing with how to change the future but it is inevitable that something bad is going to happen and Hiro/Peter are going to alwas be the main characters unless they choose to kill one off.
I don't know if they will keep Kensei as the main bad guy in the series, I HOPE NOT, seeing how if Claire and Kensei's power are connected she will be in the series the whole time. The only way I will be fine with Claire being in this series the whole time is if her character actually fuckin develops. We get she is a child who is in her growing up years, I just wish they would forward to when she is in her prime so we don't have to see stupid episodes where she can't be with people she wants. So either kill Claire off or HRG, please.
a thought just occurred to me
what if kensei took the name adam for a reason?
like what if everyone with powers is a descendant of kensei/adam?
idk maybe its nothing, but just a thought
Well, were there any paintings of the post-apocalyptic future that someone didn't see by going forward in time and taking a look? Maybe those paintings weren't of the actual future, but of what Hiro (or Peter now) saw when he went to the future. So even though the bomb didn't happen, it was still someone's future because they did actually see it, even if it never came to be on the main timeline. So far, every painting of the future has had some observer or personal perspective, and none have been just a disembodied view of an area with no one in it. The only one that seemed that way actually had Claude in it, but he was invisible.Originally Posted by AzazaelFenrir
Why is peter and that chick screaming when they are getting decontaminated. If someone in big suit would tell me I might be contaminated by something, I would most likely listen to them. >_>
Dunno if it's explained later in the episode (still watching), but is Mohinder going to shoot HRG because of nightmare's man?
Uh, because they're being violated?
And Mohinder won't be under the influence of Maury if he shoots HRG. He just admitted to Bob that he was a spy and Bob shrugged it off... so something is very wrong with the picture. Maury's been sedated and will be kept that way indefinitely (or until we find out his fate).
They arent being violated, they are being decontaminated. The guy said that to them when they first encounter them on the street.Originally Posted by kuronosan
I have been thinking with the evolution of their powers...
Matt can now do what his father does by implanting what he wants them to think.
Kensei can live forever, supposedly? So that might be what Claire can do...
Peter is basically Neo?
Hiro can basically control all time, maybe in the future he will be able to rewind time instead of just stoping it or going back and forth?
Micah is going to be able to control machines without having to touch them and just by thinking?
K Belle, Nathan, New Orleans Chick, Nikki if she lives, doesn't have too much of evolution I don't think.

Thoughts? lol
If you were in a strange place and time and suddenly people jumped off the streets claiming to decontaminate you were ripping your clothes off, spraying you with strange liquid, and scrubbing you (or not) and touching your private areas, you wouldn't consider yourself violated? They were scared. It's not like they said "Come with us please. We're going to see to your decontimnation immediately." They freakin' detained them, screamed at them, and sprayed them down violently. Of course they're going to be scared. They arent being violated, they are being decontaminated.
I don't think Matt is at that level yet. Matt was put into the same room that Molly was in by his Father. It was at that point that Matt some how summoned his father to that room. That was the big deal. Matt was then able to twist things around so that his father realized the room he was in was actually his own nightmare and not Matt's. Matt took his fathers confidence away and his father was unable to handle himself. Hiro last season tought us that powers take a certin level of confidence to pull off. So Matt's big accomplishment was his ability to summon his father's mind to the room he was in. Then he was able to wake himself and Molly up. Dont expect Matt to run around doing what his father did starting next episode. ;pOriginally Posted by Serif
Thats a cool idea for Micah! Its possible that could happen. Right now he is able to talk to Hana (Kind of like Ghost in the Shell) through a computer, its possible that Micah could adapt his power to work much like Hana's did.Kensei can live forever, supposedly? Oh and Hiro already did a rewind on real time in last season. He reversed the bullet that was going to shoot Ando.
I highly doubt that Nikki is going to die. There's a reason the writers have had Peter use time travel twice this season by accident (yet he never did it last season). They are reminding us that Peter too can go back in time to fix history. The question is how Peter could save everyone. The last preview gave away a lot of clues.K Belle, Nathan, New Orleans Chick, Nikki if she lives, doesn't have too much of evolution I don't think.
The most important question in my mind right now is this... How did Nathan survive? Do you Remember when Claire took down Ted as he was about to explode in her house? She was burnt up pretty bad. On top of that, she wasnt even close enough to touch Ted and she took a serious beating. So how did nathan hold onto Peter as he flew him into the sky? The preview this week clearly showed Peter glowing all around Nathan as he flew away. That would probably explain why Nathan has been seeing images of himself with radation burns all over.
I assume someone at the company (maybe HRG) had something to do with it. The preview showed Adam and Peter in prison, so perhaps Adam knew someone who could help Peter.
Oh and I dont think Mo shoots HRG. The paintings dont happen that close to each other. Mo is probably shooting someone else. He could be shooting a dying dog for all we know.
Next weeks episode is going to kick so much ass.
Personally, given the events that occurred, I find screaming to be a more appropriate response than "You say I might be contaminated by some virus that I know nothing about? Well then sure, strip me down and hose me off."Originally Posted by Kaylia
None of the 8 paintings that are part of this season were seen by someone going into the future. Actually the only painting I can think of that actually depicts something that someone saw in the future is the explosion mural that Isaac painted on the floor of his apartment.Originally Posted by Khamsin
