Speaking of it idk-- this last Proto-Ultima I did with my LS, I was snapping away, and got yelled at for being a "distraction" and "not doing my job"... my job of spamming Head Butt and dropping the occasional 300 TP Spirits Within. Love my LS, but it wasn't that much of a distraction >_>. My girl was snapping away as well, but she didn't get yelled at.

Just an FYI about GM and pankration. As of right now, GMs are replying with a "Pankration is a new event and we are observing right now, We are aware some people are reserving slots only to sell them" as well as this one "taking pictures of others peoples fights is allowed, it was designed so that you did not have to claim the mob yourself." "This is not against the ToS at this time, in the future that may change. But at this time, no action will be taken."

Response about selling your spot in line was given when someone was shouting 20k and he will get you a match. The one about others mobs was given at R. Pumps while people snapped shots of Alastor. "This is not against the ToS at this time..." was given both times.

So go snap happy, SE would rather Pankration lives while distracted players die!

Malak, it is common courtesy to step back at Fafhogg, save one claimer should things get silly. People that don't do it are douchebags. A lot of people don't do it. A lot of people are douchebags. Tbh, we even step back for people we don't like because it is the right thing to do.

However, that is pretty different from trying to fight Byakko with one person in there. It is also different from someone snapping Pankration pics in other situations. Seriously, nobody should have a problem with that.

A better analogy would be this:

lol @ picture complainers. I was a little bugged when we were doing Dynamis after it came out and people kept snapping pictures, but then I observed the fact that it took a split second to do, and didn't care anymore since it doesn't stop you from doing your job at all, or distract you. Win win.
