GL getting one with 'Attack Speed Bonus' Innate. I've probably gotten 5-6 <Attack Speed Bonus> out of 100+ plates and none have kept it when turned into reflectors. If I do eventually get one, first abilities I'd equip would be 'Additional Ice Damage' and 'Job Traits: Monk'.
