Well ok, the level cap is making things crazy easy for us now. We tend to pull groups of stuff and hold em but last night we finished a Wing III (2 waves and additional Chair Dude), slaughtered boss and finished with over 7mins on the clock.

Over time we have learned the ups and downs in my LS and we have several ways we do things. We either build alliance
BRD WHM (COR or DD) DDx3 x3 Parties- this is the 3 brd swap alliance and we have an additional BLM team. we also always bring 2 RDM/DRKs they hang out with the BLMs.
During the initial mob pulls which are handled either by one of the RDM/DRKs one of the BRDs or myself on DRK all 3 brds stay in their parties and just double march the alliance. This is for tp building and Lullaby timers. It is very effective and simple as shit. Lately we havent even been using CORs but if they are in they just lay down the old acc/atk. This way they can dd as well and everyone benefits. WHMs haste their parties and stay in Esuna range. BRDs penis mode ballad the whms ofc. Next pull of 2-5 mobs is always incoming once the last mob of the previous batch is engaged. A DD is caller. We have tried every combination of songs/rolls/jobs you can imagine and simple just seems to produce the most consistent and best results. We almost NEVER lose a chamber even if short handed.
In the case of Cow Chair in Tier3 we have the 2 RDM/DRKs take and run him away spamming on him to keep hate. Chainspell helps alot. As far as the demons we call them in BLM/DRK/WAR order usually. A fresh 3brd swap was done and BLMs opened with ES Sleepga2 while we got into position. A different party sheds its 2hrs with each group. You can even have 1 melee 2hr each individual one. I have even considered giving a demon to each melee but once again, simple is better.
The Brds line up in sort of a triangular position around the alliance and with the remainder of their Soul Voice spam Lullaby constantly on the demons. WHMS when they can overwrite with Repose.
Oh and as far as rounding up the demons for the first Sleepga we usually just use our feather mule we got with us.
Weve tried pulling it all at once and using a PLD supertank.
This method actually does work pretty well but the problem is mages complain about lag.
Here's a vid if anyone cares.

Its the only Odin we ever almost lost just basically due to carelessness. Good thing we didnt tho, the drop pool was pretty decent.
Is there a good odin's chamber strategy hidden in this 63 page mess? haha
My Ls just started doing einherjar (I know a little late) and we're gonna do our first odin tonight. Will be 10-12~ people. All 90's well geared/merited. Suggestions?
Holy Necro bump!.
Odin isnt hard, but you need a way to survive 10,000 needles lowman. 12 people should be fine tho, we did it with 8 at 75.
1 person with movement speed to aoe and kite the adds, 1 "tank" to eat his 2 hours.
Yeah necro from hell lol, my plan was to have a rdm/nin diaga fomors and kite, pld/nin tank, DD's /sam and meditate tp. Should I have everyone stand in range of his 10k needles just to mitigate dmg, then just clear out and let pld take one for the team during zantetsuken, then rush in and finish him?
Awesome, thanks. 5~ seconds should be enough time for said DD (probably me haha) to haul ass outta range yeah?
If a ninja is tanking, can just have them eat 10k needles with migawari
I am suprised ppl providing useful information instead of "lolodin"
if you are going to low man and have no other real options using a thf whm/rdm to kite adds and tag it is a nice solution. That's what we used to do when we went in with 8-12
^ this. Easiest and by far best way to make the fight easy as all hell. You run the risk of breakga after 10k needles which could fuck you up, with a nin just eating it and everyone running out of range you basically make the fight only about kiting adds. I'm fairly sure you can survive zante if you time your heal very well on nin as well.
Edit: Afaik none of the adds cast? I never kited them. If they don't cast anything nasty you could easily hold them thf/nin in an eva set instead of worrying about kiting. I would be surprised if they had anything above a floored hitrate on a thf (although after having fought sim recently at 90 I realize that even some of the old mobs have retardedly high acc.)
Been a very long time but I'm pretty sure at least one of them casts BRD stuff.
Edit: Also doesn't sentinel work on 10K?
Oh, a friend was saying that his old LS did it that way. Guess he was full of shit.
for my group, i did it rdm/thf with a decent PDT set (mine wasn't exceptional, 38%ish) and 2 pairs of powder boots in case flee wasn't up if you got back to back adds. never died, and by the time the adds caught up to me and once every couple of runs might break stoneskin, they depopped. rdm/nin is overkill.
one last bit... always diaga every at X9%... that way you don't have to worry about waiting for them to load/lag. when your log shows 4 hits instead of one, flee.
That tip about Nin is awesome. How many people are you guys winning T3s with regularly? I was thinking probably 6-8 would be able to stomp it now but haven't had time to do much older content lately.
They run way faster than +12% and hit pretty hard - if it's just one person kiting they need to use multiple Powder Boots (think I had like 7-8 pairs last time we did Odin).
